SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer free shipping for all orders in the amount of $100.00 or greater. For orders less than $100.00, there will be a $10.00 shipping fee.

 

ORDER POLICY
Metal and Stone Jewelers is open Sunday thru Friday. All orders received by 12:00pm EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 12:00pm EST Monday, will be processed on Tuesday. All items will usually ship in 5 – 7 business days. In the event an item is backordered, you will be notified of the backorder promptly, at which time you may choose to cancel your order. In the event you wish to cancel your order for any other reason, we would appreciate prompt notification so as to avoid shipping the item to you. In the event your order has been shipped prior to you notifying us of your cancellation, you will be able to return the item back to us subject to our Return Policy listed below.
