Refund policy

RETURN POLICY
Metal and Stone Jewelers offers a 30 day return policy on all items, for an exchange or gift card. All items must be returned to us either in person, or through an insured shipping service, in brand new condition, showing no signs of tamper, wear or abuse, and must be returned with all accompanying receipts and documentation provided at the time of sale. If the items to be returned do not meet the criteria as previously stated, then your return may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the total purchase price, which shall be determined at our sole discretion. Any attempt to defraud the company will result in a rejection of your return at our sole discretion.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS
In the event a custom piece is ordered you will be notified as per length of time before delivery. All custom orders are final.
