Lika Behar was born in the magnificent city of Istanbul, and Turkey has become the fundamental source of inspiration for her amazing jewelry collection! Lika’s jewelry ranges from oxidized silver pieces that have a hammered and organic feel to high Karat gold pieces with the most gorgeous precious and semi-precious stones around. Our in-store collection is a wonderful grouping of fine ruby, blue sapphire, mint tourmaline and a faceted piece of blue lapis to name just a few. 5 Things We Never Knew About Lika Behar: * I love to cook Mediterranean, Turkish and Italian cuisines, using local farm-fresh ingredients and the best olive oil I can afford. * I am a junkie for the PBS television show, Downton Abbey. * I have a degree in Economics and Political Science. * I am always misplacing things. * I love to dance to either Cuban or Middle Eastern music, although I’ve never had any formal lessons.
